Joey Oubre oversees the Port’s Maintenance Department and is responsible for maintaining the reliability, safety, and functionality of Port facilities and infrastructure throughout the district. He coordinates maintenance activities, manages facility improvements, and supports operational readiness to help ensure the efficient delivery of services across the Port.
